Log in to the site using the XUMM wallet
To do this, you need to click on the blue button on the top right and sign the transaction

Add Trustline $JANGA (it is needed to pay commission 1 XRP)

Buy $JANGA in the equivalent of 1 XRP

Click on the button "STAKE"
After clicking on the button, specify the amount of $XWAR that you want to put in a stake.
$Janga will be deducted from your balance and staking will begin.
Please note that if you change the amount of $XWAR on your balance (sale) you will need to pay a commission again. 
Funds are not frozen and are not sent anywhere, they are stored on your wallet.
But keep in mind that if you sell part of the $XWAR or buy more, you will need to pay again.
